You may be eligible for a refund if:
The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags and labels intact
You report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the product
We will not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after product is delivered
Product has been used, damaged, or tampered with
Product packaging is missing, damaged, or altered
Customized or special order items
To request a refund:
Contact our support team at info@primeshop.qa or +974 7745 3232 within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number, product details, and images of the issue (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and arrange product return if applicable.
Products must be returned to our office or picked up by our delivery partner after approval.
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer reasons (not a fault of the product), the customer is responsible for the return delivery fee or can return the item to our office personally.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or in the case of COD orders, via bank transfer or in-store credit, as per customer preference.
Orders can be canceled within 3 days of placing the order if the item has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, contact us with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible; instead, a return must be requested after delivery.
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
